Fiona is Radix's managing director and lead copywriter. She has 13 years' experience of PR and marketing in the IT industry, and has always placed a strong emphasis on clear, consistent and compelling written communications. She has worked with established global software vendors such as Adobe, BMC Software, CA, Oracle and Sybase, as well as startup companies including Orchestria, Kodit and Zogix. Articles ghost-written by Fiona on behalf of clients have been published all over the world, from CIO Magazine in New Zealand to the Tages-Anzeiger newspaper in Switzerland and Waters Magazine in the United States.
Fiona holds a BA in Modern Languages (French and Italian) and an MA in Popular Culture.


Matt is responsible for managing Radix clients, undertaking copywriting work and ensuring projects are managed through to completion. He has 10 years' management experience working for market-leading brands in the retail sector and brings an instinctive sense of commerciality to the projects he works on. Also an author of short stories and a popular fictional blog, Matt combines clarity of expression with a vivid turn of phrase to produce exceptional written communications for sales and marketing teams across a wide range of industries.
Matt has a BA in Theology.


Copywriter
Tim undertakes copywriting projects for Radix clients. He has a clear, concise and authoritative style of writing. Alternatively, he can do conversational. It all depends on the project - he's pretty versatile. This versatility has seen him writing for a broad portfolio of clients including a leading Search Engine Optimisation specialist, record company Aardvark Records and technology PR and marketing agency Prompt Communications. Tim has also worked as a writer and editor on the Creative Falmouth project and as a sub-editor on the 'writers and writing' website Bloc-online, which achieved second place in the 2006 Guardian Student Media Awards.
Tim has a BA in European Philosophy & Literature and an MA in Professional Writing from University College Falmouth, graduating top of his year.

Andrew is responsible for Radix's print and web design services. He has been designing and managing websites since 1998 and is a published illustrator. Prior to joining Radix, Andrew was Senior Designer at Prompt Communications in London and spent 5 years at Xerox as a DTP team leader and programmer.
Andrew has a BSc in Heritage Conservation (Historic Buildings & Monuments).


Louise manages Radix's translation and localisation services. Louise has over 10 years' experience in the localisation industry having worked as both a translator and localisation manager for clients including Xerox, Apple, Microsoft, Oracle and Sony.
Louise holds a BA in European Languages (French, Spanish, Portuguese and Italian) and an MBA from the University of Wales, Aberystwyth. Additionally, Louise has a Diploma in Translation from the Institute of Linguists.


Project Manager
Sarah is Radix's part-time project manager, responsible for client liaison and internal project management. Sarah has over 10 years’ experience in the interior design and fine art areas of the retail sector, co-ordinating exhibitions and events, managing clients and writing press releases and copy for local and national press.
Sarah has a BA in Fine Art and Literary Theory.
